Traffic is bad and the drivers are crazy

Pros: Pretty much anywhere is close to DC or Baltimore (3 major airports)
A lot of good jobs, especially if you can get one with the federal government
Mostly mild weather. You get the seasons, summers not as hot as further south, don't get as much snow if E of I-95
