@wrestlenomics WCW did those numbers in 2000. Crazy where we are today. People are choking on so much streaming options nobody can focus on one product.
@MrAndyNgo After reading days of rage I wonder what those people back in the 60s and 70s would view the modern left and what is shaped into. Example being this creature here.
Absolutely states are banning glocks yet they are"in common use". Even in bruen states are banning where we can carry. The supreme court has a obsession with historical analogy(which is good) but states do not care they just go pass laws and it takes a decade to get overturned, since the 1980s like you said thousand cuts little by little. Once you loose those rights you will probably NEVER get them back. Once upon a time in a high trust society we could buy guns from magazines and had full auto, sears would sell so would anyone else. SCOTUS keeps kicking the can even in simple hardware cases.
Yea as a NJ native I kind of agree unfortunately when it comes to guns it has always been even as a “boomer conservative state” taboo. If you are unfortunate enough to have a state trooper barracks issue you a CCW or a pistol permit(pistol permits and purchaser cards have been a thing here for decades)it can take months and months. Also even for active duty Leo the only thing they have over us goy is they can have any pistol magazine but have to go through the same process as us for obtaining new pistol permits. They have zero exemptions for rifles shotguns and magazines. So no it is a lost cause and it has been literally engraved into the souls and minds of people here. The ONLY thing changing it would be the Supreme Court do not count on the feckless third to do anything even with a R majority. Or even republicans who were I charge and voted for gun control.
This is one of the greatest photos in Catholic history.
Despite his greatness, Fulton Sheen had been ostracized and cast away by the powers that be in the American Church by the time he was an old man. When Pope John Paul II came to St. Patrick’s Cathedral in 1981, Sheen was relegated to a far off side section.
As everyone was applauding and greeting the pope, he kept looking around, and finally asked: “Where’s Fulton?”
The pope embraced Fulton and said: “You have written and spoken well of the Lord Jesus Christ. You are a loyal son of the Church!"
This makes me cry with love.
Soon-to-be Blessed Fulton Sheen…Pray for us. 🙏
