🐹Hi! Is everyone doing well?
I feel like around this time every year, I’d usually be struggling quite a bit with the heat but this summer it seems like the air has gotten cool quite quickly. Thanks to that, it is nice that I can occasionally enjoy the walks that I like even during August, but I also feel a little regretful because it seems like the year is passing by unusually faster.
I thought I’d spend my birthday around this time just like any other year, but... this birthday has made me think especially often about all the beautiful words of blessings that have made my birthdays feel dozens of times fuller and more special. I probably won’t be able to receive and repay all of those feelings to the same extent this year but even so, I can really feel how warmly Na.Vs are celebrating me and missing me so I wanted to send my feelings to you like this, even if it’s only in this small way.
Thank you so, so, so much ×1000 for congratulating me!!! Since I absolutely do not fail to know those hearts that still cherish me warmly, even if what I can give back right now is a little insufficient, please wait just a little so that someday I can return it to you many times over!
I’m also really curious about what kind of answers everyone would’ve given to my question above asking how you’re doing...!
How are Na.Vs doing? What kinds of things are making you happy these days?
I didn’t think the gap would actually become this long so I thought that if we just each took some time to recharge, maybe we would be able to see each other soon but I feel very sorry that I seem to have made you wait longer than expected...
I’m sure there are times when you miss me a lot and times when you feel frustrated or impatient too but with all my heart, I hope you’re doing well while recharging your happiness through all sorts of things.
And to briefly tell you how I’ve been doing,
For me, first of all, having a long period of free time that I had never had before, sometimes I was happy, sometimes I was having a hard time, sometimes I was warm and content, sometimes I was tired.
I’ve been spending my days in quite dynamically(?)
Still, I’m doing very, very well physically without any major problems. I thought that once my body was finally able to rest comfortably, each day might become calm and peaceful like gentle waves but it hasn’t quite been like that either.
If anything, my heart and my thoughts seem to have been even busier, almost as if they were going in the opposite directions.
To try to steer those thoughts in a more positive direction, I’ve occasionally gone away somewhere far for a bit… heh
That’s about it! Heh..
There are also little stories I want to tell you and I sometimes worry that I’ll forget them as time passes so I’ve been writing them down. I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to tell them all in an entertaining way later... but for now I’ll keep writing them down steadily without getting discouraged :)
Anyway, it’s been a period where I’ve gone through a lot of different changes in my feelings and emotions. But there’s one thing I’m certain about. Both the members and I are using this hunger we feel right now not as something that consumes whatever strength we have left, but as a thirst for even more wonderful and better times ahead.
So when I finally get the engine started again, I’m looking forward to being able to show you sides of myself that are a little different from before and perhaps even new sides that you haven’t seen yet.
It may take a little more time, but there are definitely days waiting for us when we’ll be overwhelmed with content and activities, to the point that this current quiet period will feel like nothing. So let’s just hang in there a little longer!!!!
I’ll also keep living my days with a little more fighting spirit for the time being, looking forward to that day.
Thank you once again for all your blessings and all the love you’ve given me. I really miss you, I want to hurry up and show you lots of me dancing and singing again and someday, on some completely unexpected day, I want to spend hours with you on a live stream, chatting about all sorts of silly little things and just enjoying that cozy time together.
I hope that through this letter, even just a little of how I feel toward all of you has been conveyed...!

“With this decision, VIVIZ will be able to continue independent activities while the main lawsuit proceeds, and the path has also opened for the group to freely explore the direction of its future activities.
On the 5th, the Seoul Central District Court’s 50th Civil Agreement Division, presided over by Judge Lee Sanghoon, fully accepted the application for an injunction to suspend the validity of the exclusive contracts filed by the three VIVIZ members against BPM.
In its decision, the court ruled that “the effect of the exclusive contracts concluded between the creditors and the debtor shall be suspended until the judgment in the main case is delivered.” It also ordered that the agency must not negotiate or conclude contracts with third parties against the members’ wishes, demand that the members engage in entertainment activities, or request that third parties prohibit the members from carrying out activities.
On March 4, VIVIZ notified the agency of the termination of their exclusive contracts, citing the agency’s failure to fulfill its obligation to pay settlements, failure to provide management support, and the resulting breakdown of trust between the parties. Since then, both sides have continued a legal battle over the validity of the exclusive contracts.
According to the decision, the court cited the agency’s failure to pay the promised settlement money as a key basis for its judgment.
The court determined that the settlement money owed to each VIVIZ member was more than 100 million won, stating that “it is reasonable to view the debtor as having violated its obligation to pay settlement money.”
During the trial, the agency argued that it had difficulty paying the settlement money due to an attempted management-rights takeover by outside forces and false media reports concerning Chairman Cha Gawon. However, the court did not accept this argument. The court found that “the attempted management rights takeover by outside forces and false media reports are merely circumstances unrelated to the creditors.”
The issue of providing settlement records was also a point of dispute. The court pointed out that the settlement statements provided by the agency only listed the amounts of revenue and expenses, without attaching specific supporting materials such as tax invoices and receipts. It also noted that the agency had not provided the related documents afterward or explained how the members could access them.
Attorney Woo Honggyun of Shinwon Law Firm, the legal representative for VIVIZ, said, “The court has decided to fully accept the creditors’ claims,” adding, “The unpaid settlement amount specified in the decision is only part of the total, and we plan to expand the claim during the main lawsuit.”"
