In light of Mumei's announcement, I've decided to start a daily series of Mumei fanart up until the day of her graduation. I wrote a yap fest in my letter, but I'll do my best to sum some of it up.

I am not a skilled artist by any means. I have no proper art experience and drew this whole thing on Flipaclip on my phone (and probably will do the rest of the series on it too). But that doesn't mean I'm not going to try. I've been the one who hesitated too long to give back to the community. Mumei has been a comforting light in my life for so long, and I wish to make up for even a fraction of the support I should've shown her all these years ago.

Next post will have less yapping, but I hope my art will be okay for everyone. I'm adding my voice to the crowd of hundreds of thousands who love and support Mumei. Let's keep this going until her eventual departure 🧡🪶

I celebrated the anniversary of “Music Box of Fate” today with RiKU, Lesage, and Baji. In the process of reminiscing about the song and talking about my approach to orchestrating, I… discovered that I regained the ability to hear music in my mind, which I’d lost after my near-death experience. It was so loud, clear, and vivid. I feel alive again.

I’m so so so lucky to be here, to have the friends I have, to have made such a special song with Mousey and RiKU, and to have been given a second chance at life.

This song gave me everything not once, but twice 💖 and I think it will continue to do so for the rest of my life.
