Taking it off my phone ahead of my holiday (it was lovely) has mostly broken the habit although I 'wrote' many a tweet in my head. I'm not gone gone but I'm not fighting it. Reddit and Insta use is way up for better or worse 😂

Removing Twitter from my phone has meant I wasn't on at all over the last few days despite reaching for it regularly. Definitely feel the habit breaking, not done anywhere near as much scrolling today back at the laptop.

Instagram use is way up though...swings and roundabouts.
