It's #NationalSiblingsDay, and while I choose to celebrate, I know it can be a difficult day for those who have experienced the loss of a sibling. I'm sharing my @HuffPost story again with the hopes of bringing some comfort to those who are struggling https://t.co/P4kTT9WnE6
‘A teenage guide to coping when someone dies’ is a pocket-sized leaflet, written by a bereaved young person, which contains practical advice & guidance for other young people when someone important in their life dies. For more information click here: https://t.co/ocFrwuWodH
On average there is at least one bereaved child in every UK classroom.
Teachers need skills to manage class time & activities, prepare students for return & support of a bereaved classmate, even to support classes bereaved of a pupil or teacher.
