@KLZ_Events I'm not a fan of backlash but this statement doesn't help. People just expressed various and valid concerns, be it for personal or economic reasons, and "haters gonna hate" is not an acceptable way to address their feedback. Constructive criticism isn't hate, just so you know.

@DarkShadeCon Look, I understand where you're coming from but this is highly unfair to your customers. A refund should be offered now, not after the event, which means next year. And no, the option to resell the pass before then won't help, since it's unlikely people will be interested in it.
