@LloydsPharmacy the NHS emergency prescription sends me to your branch in Tunbridge Wells Sainsburys as they are supposed to be open until 10pm. I get there and they’re closed. Apparently they do it a lot & shut up early… so unhelpful & poor service. Thanks for add’l stress!

@Morrisons v disappointed by a (very) unhelpful staff member in the bakery in Crowborough. Every time (over a few weeks) I ask to have a loaf sliced he tells me the slicer is broken & waiting for an engineer. I know he just can’t be bothered to do it. There’s other loaves sliced!

@NespressoUK terrible… ordered my coffee 21 Dec. No sign… so off I went to your ‘boutique’ in Bluewater & after queuing for 15 mins (by the way you should restrict family groups of 5 going in and faffing about). Finally get to front of the queue & you’ve no Columbia coffee.
