@ArrivaKent You should put on more buses at the end of the school day, and stagger the buses so some start at St Johns TA Centre to allow everyone a fair chance of getting a bus home.

@ArrivaKent Almost an hour later, he has JUST got to his school again. This should be a 40 minute journey at most, and he has already been going for 50 minutes and hasn't even got close to home. For the amount of money you charge this is a ridiculous service. 2/3
@ArrivaKent The 402 "service" from Tunbridge Wells to Sevenoaks you provide is woeful. My son, a pupil at Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys has to walk 5 bus stops in the opposite direction to be able to board a bus to get home. He leaves school at 3.35pm. 1/3
@ArrivaUKBus your 402 bus timetable is atrocious. A journey that should take a max of 40 min is taking over 90 mins. Please stagger the TW to 7oaks service so TWGSB pupils can get on at school, rather than walk 5 bus stops in the opposite direction to be able to board

@ArrivaUKBus 2/2...yet he doesn't get home until 5pm. The buses are empty during the day, & at the busiest times, you put on single deckers. He gets on in Hildenborough & gets off in T Wells. Please add on an extra bus or 2 from 3.30pm during term time. Bad expensive service
@ArrivaUKBus - the 402 bus service is woeful. My son lives 20 mins away from his school, yet it can take over an hour and a half to get home. He & his friends, have to walk over a mile in the OPPOSITE direction to be able to get on a bus. They finish school at 3.30pm 1/2
@Dyson disgusted by your service. New air wrap broke after 2 weeks, Dyson finally collected 4 weeks later, air wrap replaced. Guarantee starts from date of original purchase? And nothing but a promise of a discount if we buy more (faulty?) goods with you. Customer service fail.
