@ubereats_uk am I missing something I’ve just watched the driver go past my house twice, then mark it as undeliverable and drive off, hasn’t come to the address, called or anything and now I can’t contact the driver or customer services but will be charged!?!

Never known poor customer service like @RoyalMailHelp wow 2 trips to the sorting office and over 4 hours on hold this week to find someone has used someone else’s log in and stated the parcel is delivered when it’s not, and no one will say the parcel is missing so now £200 down!
