[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@greateranglia are you running a rail replacement bus service from Ipswich to Norwich?

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@NandosUK Yes, I did. After nearly a two hour wait and cold, incorrect food, she shrugged at me!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@NandosUK most appalling service EVER at Wembley tonight. I’d consider reviewing your staff training!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK once again, absolutely disgraceful and dishonest service. I am SO glad I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years. Really paid off.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@Primark good job on the labelling here, Primark....

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@nparkandride shocking rudeness today from one of your drivers.. clearly customer service is not a priority?!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@sarramanning Still one of my all time faves ❤️

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK I have.. three times. Most recently four days ago.. still no response.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK completed your troubleshooting twice now and restarted my Sure Signal.. still no service!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK Is that not the same link from 2 tweets ago...?!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK No. There is full 4G everywhere. Step inside my house, nothing. £200 and 2.5 years later... still nothing.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK Oh, I've done that. Got two signal boosters to and still... one bar.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

Love the @VodafoneUK advert. "Look, you can get signal in this car park!".. not in my house though 🙄

[J.K. Rowling @jk_rowling]

OK, here it is. Please don't start flame wars over it, but this year I'd like to apologise for killing (whispers)... Snape. *runs for cover*

[J.K. Rowling @jk_rowling]

.@piersmorgan If only you'd read Harry Potter, you'd know the downside of sucking up to the biggest bully in school is getting burned alive.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUK once again, shocking service. How you get away with billing people for fictional charges I'll never know.

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

So. Many. Feels. #OITNB

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

Always been a huge @BenefitUK fan, but won't be going back after shocking service yesterday!

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@AnglianWater literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sending my full bank details to the incorrect address! Disgraceful

[Charlotte Leeming @LottieLeeming_x]

@VodafoneUKhelp not good enough I'm afraid, does nothing to make up for your rude, unhelpful staff.
