Have been using the Covid app - constantly tells me I may have been exposed when I’m in retail, town centre or transport but never once received an alert from hospitality venue - no pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or coffee shops - and I’m out and about in more of them than most!

@AvantiWestCoast just observed that a seat opposite me reserved from Edinburgh to Oxenholm LD has now been vacated and the automatic reservation has updated to Reserved from Wolverhampton.
At what point will the onboard team come and sanitise this seat for the next person or not?

Other operators on my journey have a team member constantly moving through the train. I am in hospitality and we have to sanitise every time a table is vacated
