@tropicalbells lottie murphy is my favorite!! i usually just cycle through these 4 vids and do one a day + one of her other workouts. bc it’s pilates it’s slower but i’ve noticed way more of a difference than when i used to do “regular” ab workouts

guys lottie murphy is so great i’m telling you…… best pilates instructor on youtube in terms of quality……. i have tried them all…. yes some can leave me shaking and crying but the way she teaches makes you better…. slow and intentional and with great cues… love her
