• Being wrong is not a bad thing.
• It's Okay to question what you have been taught.
• Grades aren't as valuable as skills.
• Understanding is more important than memorization.
• Making mistakes is Okay. Learn from your mistakes.
@inas_md @AaronGoodman33 Wow. I'm a different specialty altogether, but that question would have triggered me - one of my parents had terminal cancer while I was interviewing for fellowship. What if that was the case for someone else this person was interviewing? 🫣
The arcuate eminence (AE) is a bony ridge identified on the floor of the middle fossa. Historically, it was acknowledged as a landmark for the superior semicircular canal. Recent studies show that the AE is not a reliable landmark for localizing the SSC.
