@LiveLawIndia I don't think anyone can fight the system... The system has created enough components that cannot challenge them and if someone does as well they will still be protected that definitely needs to change. Need to see an AI system to provide judgement we can see the fairness then.

The #1 problem in India is not corruption, civility, trash, violence, poverty, socialism, capitalism, crony capitalism, social media creators, journalists, politicians, movie artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, unemployment, educational standards…

Its that this country has no rule of law. Nothing can be punished successfully. There is no fear of law. No one is afraid of the police (except ordinary people), no one has the patience to wait out a court judgement (except the guilty).

The law, unfortunately, is reduced to harassment. The process, unfortunately, is reduced to punishment.

Nothing works because nothing is really there to keep it working in place.

Its unfortunate. Its not a consequence of the greed of specific group of individuals. This is a systemic collapse of our constitutional democracy. Laws and speeches are reduced to beautiful words that the streets cant care for.

@GurpriyaSidhu I just think one should not say their intrusive thoughts publicly and make a fool of them do a google search beforehand and then tweet maybe it will save him his reputation. Maybe a great doctor but not a decent human being for sure :)
