@dmigroup your technical support for candidates taking exams is shocking. I’ve had the absolute worst experience, now unable to take my test for the second time this week, having arranged childcare and borrowed a device from a friend. Now there is no technical support available.

@milkandmore your customer service is so SHODDY. No deliveries in 2 wks, no communication and no refunds. There’s no excuse in this day and age. Also impossible to contact you to get any answers. Truly rubbish.
