We are losing ambulance staff dramatically, the government are doing nothing about it! We are crumbling as a service, the pressure to get to peoples loved ones is worse then ever but we are only human, yet we are treated like robots & with even less pay then nurses! #LooseWomen

Nurses do deserve a pay rise but what about paramedics, emergency medical technicians and everyone else in the ambulance service!?! We are ALWAYS forgotten about. We are at the bottom of the pile but expected to work long hrs and can't strike! With rubbish pay! #LooseWomen
