@asksheilas is there a known issue with your website? When trying to log into My Account, I’m asked for my email address to which a link to log on is sent. That link takes me to a purple page (which doesn’t look like your website) with my name but no policies or info is there.

@RingGo_parking seems to be an issue with payments on your app via card and Apple Pay. I had to go home for change to pay at machine.

@SmythsToysUK Hi, I purchased the Falk JCB excavator toy last month and after assembling on Christmas Eve I discovered the lever handle is faulty and does not operate the arm. Can you advise how I go about exchanging this for a new one please?

Hi, MOT is due 8th May but my tax will expire at the end of this month before the MOT extension is applied online.
Will this be an issue as I won’t be able to tax my vehicle until the extension trips in?

@KirstenTElliott I contacted the DVSA Support account and they asked for my reg via DM and checked it out. You can still tax your vehicle as the current MOT is valid till the 8th May. So I’ve done that successfully. Will check back to see if extension applied soon but tax is renewed for a year 👍🏻

@KirstenTElliott @DVLAgovuk I’m in exactly the same position, same dates as you! I tried tweeting the DVSA (Vehicle Standards Agency) a few weeks ago and no reply. I guess we just have to wait till the 5th and assume no action will be taken 🤷🏼‍♀️
