One more comment on the lawsuit.

I just saw a headline saying: “The future of the real estate industry is in question”.

Let’s calm down and think about this for a minute.

An industry needs two things to exist and prosper:
1️⃣ A product or service that fills a need.
2️⃣ Customers who are willing to pay a fair price for that product or service.

Historically, over 90% of people who buy and/or sell a house use a real estate professional. Obviously, you fill a need.

Americans have paid a fair fee for your service for over 100 years. That’s not going to change. You know what you are worth. There will always be people that recognize your value and are willing to pay you fairly for your help.

The real estate industry will be fine.
Will it evolve? Of course.
But…it will be fine.
