Man City “help”

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ManCityHelp is there any clarity or info on when the ticket transfer will open yet?

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ManCityHelp As I go away shortly, I’d really appreciate some info on when this will be activated

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ManCityHelp I’m trying to transfer my son and my ticket for the Bournemouth game to my brother and nephew due to us being on holiday, but the option to transfer is greyed out on site. He is in my F&F list

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ItsLB_City All good, apart from staff in club shop saying “it’s August, he’ll stay 29” so you get a 4 year old a shirt with 29 on the back and they won’t exchange 😔

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@bridgey81 @ManCityHelp @rayan_cherki @ManCity Yep! It was the shirt and miss a day out somewhere over the holidays for us. Club doesn’t see or care about that. Until proven otherwise, we’re just in the way for them now. Only care about the £

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@bridgey81 @ManCityHelp @rayan_cherki @ManCity Club just don’t care about us any more. Regular working class fans are just in the way to them now. So clear and obvious

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@bridgey81 @ManCityHelp Completely agree! I bought it for my 4 year old at the event last week. Even asked the lad if he would keep the number, he said ‘now it’s August he will’. Club only care for profit now, not the fans. But, you’d also think @rayan_cherki would be aware of the implications @ManCity

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@Deadshot715 @ManCity @rayan_cherki Try telling a 4 year old child that the number they want on a shirt might change 3 days before the season starts. Absolutely disgusting from the club. Money-grabbing and solely care about profits

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

Silent…disgrace. Money-grabbers who only care about profit, not fans.

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ManCityHelp I bought my son the new home strip with Cherki on the back last week whilst at the City Are Back event. Can you confirm if the number change means I can exchange the kit?

[Louis Dasilva @loudasilva]

@ManCity …what happens to those who’ve got him with no29?! Especially those with children now upset at the change. Money grabbing club
