@KathrynTewson @CimphonyAI My favourite part about this is that it contains a commitment to comply with the GDPR, regardless of whether the company is established in the EEA, and not limiting its scope to EEA data subjects. Personal data rights for all!
@BohdanWidla @technollama That’s what I figure. Then again, the ICO ain’t the AEPD! I hope they issued a privacy statement, conducted a DPIA and have maintained a record of processing activities. Otherwise straight to jail.
@Haimonaetc Some of us have highly skilled immigrant ancestors. One of mine was a Crown translator in Kororāreka in the 1830s, imagine if they’d had anything less than perfect accuracy!
