Under DeSantis’s new laws, Floridians may never learn there was once a Black Superintendent of Schools in Florida who was so forceful in his advocacy for civil and educational rights, that he had to sleep armed in his attic to ward off attacks from the KKK. Meet Jonathan Gibbs.
Did you think I had forgotten one of the most notable Black figures of the Middle Ages?
Introducing a colorway inspired by the most famous Theban Legionnaire, St Maurice. This rich green has blue undertones for depth. You can get it in any existing base. #RepublicOfYarnia
@TigerRabbitRun @AjaSaysHello One thing I buy which has some plastics is sock yarn. I usually get 75 percent wool 25 percent acrylic. The acrylic helps bind the fibres and means the socks last way longer. Maybe one day I’ll find a fully natural fibre sock yarn that can survive the constant use and washing.

@cath_fletcher During my A-Levels I wrote an essay about the breakdown of Sino-Soviet relations in the 50s and 60s. 3 years later I was able to use all of that research and work I had saved to help me complete a piece of coursework. I learned a valuable lesson- keep everything no matter what.
