If anyones following this is the emergency legislation… Please review the legislation, the Emergency expired on June 30, 2024.  DC Act 25-343.
My question is how did HPAP enact emergency legislation after the funds were gone and the legislation ended before new funds came in?

Does anyone know why the city is trying to cover up the HPAP funding. I have a client who was before the October deadline but she is being told the funds are not available for her to purchase a home.
