Waukesha Alerts has discovered the identity of the 19 year old man who killed Megan Voss. I will hold off on publicly identifying him by name until he is formally charged and appears in court, which is expected to be tomorrow.

The man, who currently lives in West Allis, was fined in November of 2022 for going 45+ miles per hour over the posted speed limit.

In April of 2024 he was fined for his 1st OWI. Records indicate he was driving intoxicated and crashed (on private property). And for some reason, the court dismissed that OWI charge because he was on private property and the court stated “The defendant does not appear to pose a danger to the community. The community will not be harmed by the dismissal of the charges.”

Just over 8 months later, he kills a 17 year old and injures others after speeding, running stop signs, and driving intoxicated.
