Student: “Stare at a wall.”
Your medical record is one of the most sensitive things about you, yet the Govt wants to change how it’s controlled.
That could mean less oversight from your GP and more access for others. We believe it should stay confidential, protected, and in the hands of those you trust.
This week’s NHS press release about weight loss injections made headlines.
But here’s what didn’t:

It hasn’t been funded safely or commissioned in most areas.

@anish_k_patel@gp_recept10n This. We went live on 6th January and have already seen a 20% drop in calls with requests being submitted more evenly throughout the day. Some days we’ve only had 5-10 calls in the queue at 8 am. The reception team are loving it.
@gp_recept10n We use our dashboard for capacity planning and identifying times where reception can complete admin/tasks with minimal interruption. Mgmt obsessing over call volume and length should be nowhere near healthcare. Reception team are the champions of GP practices. Support them.
