@tony_pesci @CA_EDD The FAQ on the freezing and CLOSING of the EDD B of A accounts is in correct. Bank of America will not reopen or deal with the claimant because the Sponsor is EDD. EDD is closing accounts with funds remaining. EDD needs to step up and resolve these cases.
