@drmartens I was advised by one of your store colleagues to purchase the wonder balsam with my patent 1460’s to help soften them, however having just read the instructions myself it says not to be used with patent leather - I assume this is correct and they’ve advised me wrong?

@British_Airways How long are you taking to issue compensation for cancelled flights please? My flight was cancelled almost 7 weeks ago and I am hugely out of pocket as a result. We’ve had no response from you and trying to contact you by phone is impossible!!
