@FragranceShopUK So I got through to someone, was put on hold and then cut off, this is unacceptable and against section 28 of the consumer rights act 2015, I have paid and the item has not been delivered so should be refunded please contact me asap

@FragranceShopUK worst customer service ever! Had an email saying my order from Dec was ready to collect, store didn’t have it, emailed with no reply and also tried the chat option. The store said they would email on my behalf and process a refund but I haven’t heard anything!

@FragranceShopUK I didn’t receive a reference, the web form just said it was submitted? I sent it Monday 24/0225 at 17.12, and my previous email was 21.12.24. I visited the store on 18.02.25 so they should have emailed then it’s Leeds Whiterose
