@MercedesBenz thank you for your help. I went to @StratstoneMerc Leeds today and they were so helpful and I have my beautiful car back!

[Louise Evans @Louiseee20]

@MercedesBenz do you know what it could be? The bottom felt underneath the car has ripped after 10 miles on the clock?

[Louise Evans @Louiseee20]

I've had a brand new @MercedesBenz for 3 hrs & the bottom fabric is ripped! What is that material underneath the A class? #helpme #mercedes

#airbnb is a load of rubbish. Y book a year in advance if they just cancel. The amount of fires & flood they have is laughable. Do not use.

I still watch the last ever episode of friends and wait in anticipation to see if she gets on the plane #friends #nevergetsold #shegotoff

@British_Airways not really. When you pay £700+ for a flight you do really expect to get on? It's a joke.

[Louise Evans @Louiseee20]

@PeterCdean @British_Airways Pete only you could make laugh at this moment. They are the worst airline in the world!!!!

[Louise Evans @Louiseee20]

@British_Airways are a joke. When u book a long haul flight & are at the airport 3 hours early u expect 2 get on the plane #worstairlineever
