@ubereats_uk Can you contact me as soon as possible to give me a refund please. A driver has advised that they completed my order but never even bothered to deliver it after trying to contact them multiple times. There is also no easy way to get a refund, completely unacceptable.

@bt_uk It still says waking up and says loading for quite a long time, goes off and switches red, immediately comes back on again to the waking up screen and then repeats.
