@HMRCcustomers Ok. So when I do my return for this year and get my balance owing then I should just pay it, it won’t be automatically deducted from my salary?

@HMRCcustomers I completed a self assessment and have a screenshot of the page that says I don’t owe any tax but then I get a letter saying I had to pay interest as I didn’t pay in time? Ive paid now but please can you help as I don’t want this to happen again?

@HMRCcustomers Yes, it said I owed around £400 I think, that’s why I was confused it said I didn’t owe anything. I assumed it would come out of my paye through my employer as I read that that sometimes happens? Then I got a letter through the post to say I was overdue?

@HMRCcustomers I had to pay a late penalty which wasn’t much, I got a letter in the post. I paid that day. I think it was around march this year. I just wondered why it said I didn’t owe anything so I can avoid the same thing happening this year

@AsdaServiceTeam my shopping arrived today with over 15 items missing. After calling your team you have refunded me, but I still had to drive to a shop (costing me both petrol and time) to get the missing items, which defeats the object of paying for delivery!

I applied for the dance on arrival Brighton event refund over a month ago as it got cancelled. I was told to wait 30 days for my refund but I still have not received it. Please could you chase this up for me ASAP!
