My book on eating disorders, with my story inside. Don't take my word for whether it's any good. Check out the reviews on Goodreads.

@ShottStephanie Glad to hear it. I just ignore all the diet guru nonsense. Don't follow it on social media, don't take any notice of it in magazines. I focus on productive stuff instead.

Eating problems are common and can be caused by all kinds of things.
It’s okay not to feel okay. If you’re a young person with an eating problem, it's important to know that help and support is available. #EatingDisorderAwarenessWeek https://t.co/jcXc19DIhe
@angeleyes_1990 It's good to try & let go of that. You end up hurting yourself by setting unattainable standards. I look back on old photos & think, gosh, I looked lovely, what was I so worried about - except of course spots ruined everything. Try to love yourself a bit more. Be kind to yourself
@angeleyes_1990 Oh, perfect grades? It's so hard with so many demands and expectations. You can only do your best. I'm sure you'll do well. You're consciencious do you're bound to do well. Hope things perk up.
@AutisticPb You're following the wrong people if it's making you unhappy. Not everyone here is unhappy. Some people are positively uplifting. Why not cull your follows & make some more positive connections? Life will improve. This pandemic will be over by the end of the year. Keep going. x
