I think:
Gold: $4800 - $5,000 by end of Q1 start of Q2 if escalation continues; $10,000 or more on the other hand if the USD collapses further, especially with public digestion of large cost assets like Crypto.

If they’re wrong and it goes down, that would mean the underlying fundamentals are flawed, world peace, global trade, war, are all solved and B.R.I.C.S & the USD co-exist somehow. (Which is not possible)

So by that logic, if they say $5,000, and they’re right, it’s a good buy now. If they’re wrong, which statistically they’re more likely to be than not, it will be worth much, much, more than $5,000.

Long story short in my opinion this is why metals is hot, but may get hotter by EOY into early next.

Analysts are only ever right 47% of the time and as we have seen when they priced Cocoa originally, they had no idea what they were talking about.

All this doesn’t even account for ETF inflows & physical purchasing. That’s just central banks. Jerome, also mentioned there may be 2 more rate cuts from September; The market is trying to price how escalation occurs with tariffs and therefore they all whipsawed

China and India are the highest gold purchasing countries as of now, because of population size and high demand from both central bank reserves. Russia also buys a ton as well and may be next on the tariff list if they get too close with other nations mentioned fuelling more buys

B.R.I.C.S needs gold and Trump is creating political rifts with a super power over trade. This is, in the long term, an incentivizing situation for countries that see this behaviour and are apart
of B.R.I.C.S to buy more gold along with fund managers.
