A modern wedding costs somewhere b/w 3 to 4 Million PKR. Now think of better ways where the same amount could be used, for example, buying a new car, investing, savings for emergency, helping the poor and much more. Think wisely before planning your wedding.

Great initiative. Pakistan is one of those countries where most lavish spending is done on weddings."Dowry" is another social ill which we need to get rid of. We need to spend less on weddings and more on the deserving. Excessive display of wealth to be discouraged.
