Marketing is become more and more brutal, even having a great fambase does not work that much anymore apparently

I think ita time to killl my first SaaS, its not going anywhere users can see value but not enough to pay or it

I have a few other ideas that i want to work on

I will keep working on the marketing on this SaaS just not that much as before

Today I decided to take a rest, my product is not going as well as I want to, clients can see value in it, but they are not willing to pay to have it.

I am taking a couple of days to think about what I can improve or about a pivot.

I am cooking something new, there is so many things that i want to try with AI

I found out a few bugs in my product thanks to some friends who tryied it (their my ICP type)

Still 0 MRR… but soon i will get my first sale I know it!

Hopefully I will get back from a few of them

I am building a few other free tools based on the impressions that the product is generating now

Until now I learned a lot about marketing, I have now to focus on the things that brings attention.

Working on growing my DR by getting backlinks

Its been a month already i feel that I when I was working as a SWE I was being left behind

Building something end-to-end give you ability to wear so many hats

Its not easy though, but i just started!
