@SP_EnergyPeople Twice I've arranged a smart meter to be installed and twice no-one has turned up and I'm fed up of being on hold when I try and phone up! The best part is I got an auto generated email about how I found the installation! Absolutely clueless! How do I complain?

@SP_EnergyPeople Today I was supposed to have a smart meter installed and they didn't show up. This is the second time this has happened. I attempted to call your customer services team and was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. I'm really not happy!
