My husband Abraham was diagnosed with a very rare sacral chordoma. The surgery to remove bone and surrounding tissue lasted almost seven hours and was successful. He had a rough night and is in a lot of pain but is finally home resting. Now recovery begins. We’re so grateful for the outpouring of prayers and kind messages from all of you. Our hearts are full. ❤️
We are getting ready to head to the hospital for my husband’s surgery and just wanted to say thank you so much to all of who have shared messages, prayers and well wishes for Abraham. We are humbled and so grateful to be surrounded by aloha during this really tough time. 🙏🏽
I HATE birthdays but this year is special because I adopted TWO BEAGLES through my girlfriend Lauree Simmons and Big Dog Ranch Rescue and they are now living the good life!
Don't harm opossums! They’re harmless and actually really useful. They keep pests in check (eating ticks, roaches, rats, and scorpions), clean up dead animals, and help spread seeds. Basically, they’re nature’s cleanup crew
A fire captain jumped into rushing floodwaters to save a baby deer being swept downstream in Indiana.
The Madison Township Fire Department was responding to call about a person stuck in a car in a flooded roadway, but when they arrived, the person had been able to get themselves out without help. That's when rescuers heard a baby deer in trouble.
Capt. Joe Sinclair went in the water to save it, with his crew helping to pull him and the deer back to safety. The deer was transported to a local wildlife rescue.
Ohio's Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that harming a cat or dog can be prosecuted as a felony offense, significantly raising the legal consequences for animal cruelty across the state.
An emotional night for NASCAR.
For the first time since Kyle Busch's death, his wife Samantha and son Brexton appeared publicly for a powerful remembrance of the late driver's life.
Then, on lap 8, the crowd stood as one — cheering, crying, and saluting the legacy "Rowdy" left behind.
The message was clear: Kyle Busch's impact on NASCAR will never be forgotten.
“Donald Trump” the buffalo has been spared from sacrifice in Bangladesh after going viral.
“Donald Trump,” the rare albino buffalo named for its blond tuft of hair, was hours away from being sacrificed for Eid al-Adha… until the government stepped in.
It had already been sold for ritual slaughter when viral videos turned it into a national attraction.
Crowds started flooding the farm to see the nearly 1,500-pound animal in person, forcing officials to intervene due to security concerns.
Now the buffalo is headed to the national zoo in Dhaka instead.
Please pray for this little angel. I met this sweet dog on Skid Row with @joey_tuccio the other day, one of the many dogs he helps that Karen Bass allows to be tortured every day by vagrants. He was just run over by a car and is in emergency surgery. These people are sick.
We pulled this girl out of Ridglan Farms last week. Her frosted face really tells the story of how long she’s lived inside the facility.
We're so excited for her to experience life’s simple joys — a bed, treats, and so much love.

Another hero in blue has been lost. Trooper Kevin Trainor of the @MassStatePolice was killed in a tragic wrong-way crash shortly after his shift ended. His commitment to protecting others made a lasting impact, and his service will not be forgotten.
Keeping his family, friends, and fiancée in our thoughts and prayers.
A skunk, a stuck cup, and one very brave officer after 3 a.m.
That’s what police in Parker, Colorado encountered when they found a skunk wandering with a cup stuck on its head. After several careful attempts, the officer took a chance and removed it by hand.
The skunk was freed, unharmed, and apparently chose not to retaliate.
Police say it is also a reminder to keep litter off the streets and away from wildlife.
When you've spent your entire life in a Ridglan cage, going outside is the most exciting thing in the world... but also a little scary.
James gets better every day!

Well done New Jersey. 👏
New Jersey just drew a line in the sand for animal welfare 🐰
Governor Phil Murphy signed a groundbreaking law that bans cosmetics tested on animals from store shelves. After the cutoff date, any product developed through animal testing—whether in New Jersey, across the country, or worldwide—cannot be sold there. Period.
For generations, rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, and other animals have suffered in labs 😢 Restrained. Exposed to chemicals. Burned. Swollen. Blinded. Killed. This wasn't a rare exception—it was standard practice for too long.
But here's what gives us hope: we don't need animal testing anymore. Modern science has cruelty-free alternatives that are faster, more accurate, and infinitely more ethical. Many brands have already made the jump. Others are being forced to catch up.
This isn't just a New Jersey victory 💪 It's part of a nationwide awakening. State after state is taking action to cut off the market for products tied to animal suffering. Each new law puts real pressure on the beauty industry to go completely cruelty-free.
Yes, there are some exceptions for regulatory requirements. But the momentum is unmistakable. The era of animal-tested cosmetics is ending 🌟
Your wallet has power. Every cruelty-free product you choose sends a message that companies understand. Consumer demand drives change.
What's your next step? Do you already choose cruelty-free beauty products? Share your thoughts below—let's build this movement together 👇
