Now if I paid for this luggage as a full set why would you offer a replacement that does not complete the set? Why offer me a carry on bag when the one damaged was full sized ? The wrong shape, size, color , @AmericanAir do you all even care about customer satisfaction?
Then I go in the @AmericanAir office like sir I need to submit a claim, he looks at my bag then goes in the back of the office. I lie to you not he offers to replace my bag with this silver one. Now tell me how this work…
Now I just land at Dulles and @AmericanAir returns my bag like this 🤬 AND to make it worst they put my second bag on a different flight for no reason! 5 of my friends traveling together and only bag goes missing of course 🤬it’s mine.
I mean I go to Belize to celebrate turning 30 and they give me my bag looking like this. @AmericanAir says I can’t file a claim until I finish traveling. Ok, cool.
I had to come out of Twitter retirement just to let yall know @AmericanAir is the absolute worst airline. Like I would rather fly spirit and pay for the air, chair, to use the bathroom , all that before I book with them again!
