A group in Kumasi took to the streets to urge former Vice President Dr. Bawumia to help a young girl who was reportedly struck by his convoy while he was in office.

The protesters claimed that Dr. Bawumia had visited Mariam before the 2024 elections, making promises to support her.

However, they allege that these promises were merely for show, as no assistance has been provided, leaving the girl to endure her suffering.
