So I purchased a mascara from @LancomeUSA last year. Hadn’t used it yet. As I opened it, it was over-saturated and I couldn’t close the tube again. I contacted customer service and they said it’s out of the compensation period. Not buying from them again #makeup

@Andrew__Kennedy Well done, Andrew. At least it was a proper apology, but we can just imagined how many people may be falsely accused. We don’t hear about their experiences because they are afraid to complain or don’t know how to do it.
