so from now on, I'm gonna be eating less then 500 cal a day, and I'm gonna exercise alot and hopefully I will loose about 10kg.

okay today I stood on the scale and I gained sooo much weight. I've been slaking with dieting, but I'm so starting again. this sucks =[
