Here’s my take about this question.
Are FreenBecky Still the Strongest Phenomenon in Thai GL?
As a fan, I can’t help but smile at how the premiere of The Air has once again put Freen Sarocha and Becky Armstrong right at the center of the digital conversation. It feels like déjà vu every time they step into a new project, the fandom lights up, hashtags trend worldwide, and suddenly everyone is debating their place in the industry.
The Air Premiere Buzz
The moment The Air dropped, my feed was flooded. Clips, edits, translations…fans everywhere were working overtime to celebrate their return. And honestly, it wasn’t just about the show itself. It was about seeing FreenBecky together again, carrying the weight of expectation and still delivering that spark we all fell in love with.
Why They Still Dominate?
Unmatched chemistry: No matter how many times we watch them, their connection feels fresh and real.
Global fandom: It’s wild how fans from different countries unite, translating and streaming just to keep the hype alive.
Industry influence: Their names alone can shift attention. Every project becomes a talking point, every appearance sparks discussion.
The Debate
Of course, with all this attention comes debate. Some say the industry should spread the spotlight more evenly, while others argue that FreenBecky’s success is proof of how far Thai GL has come. But let’s be real…..the fact that people are even debating their influence shows just how central they still are. 😊

Honest Review about this scene‼️
I’ve watched GAP, TLP, and Uranus kiss and NC scenes so many times I could probably recite every frame. But The Air’s kiss and NC scenes? They hit with a completely different force. It’s like the whole atmosphere shifts the moment they lean in.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but there’s a weight behind their connection, something deeper, something that feels like it’s pulling you in whether you’re ready or not. The way they move toward each other isn’t just acting; it feels like an INSTINCT. Their expressions tighten, their breathing changes, and suddenly you’re holding your breath without realizing it.
There’s this tension that builds right before they kiss, like the world pauses for a split second. And when they finally close their eyes, it’s not just for the scene…it’s like they’re letting themselves fall into the moment completely. The way they trace each other with such care, in between smiles after the kisses almost like they’re afraid of breaking whatever fragile, electric thing is happening between them… it’s UNREAL. 🤯
It feels so genuine. The emotion, the pull, the quiet urgency….it’s all right there, and it’s impossible not to feel it. Their reactions don’t look rehearsed; they look lived. And that’s what makes the whole thing so gripping. 🫠🫠🫣
This wasn’t just a kiss. It was a whole storm of feelings for each other. 💕
THE FREENBECKY CHEMISTRY IS INSANE ‼️
How is this even real. 🤯🫠

Meanwhile The Air did the exact opposite. The epitome of the fairytale princess/bodyguarl action GL drama somehow managed to capture the hearts of traditional Thai viewers in their 40s and beyond without watering itself down or lowering its standards.
What was originally created for a sapphic audience ended up becoming even more popular among the straight-majority general public.
The only thing Ch7's PR department had to do was market The Air as the channel's signature old-school lakorn and the audience did the rest.
Honestly, the level of positive engagement FreenBecky bring to the sapphic community within a generally conservative society genuinely deserves to be appreciated. The GL industry owes them a lot. Their ratings are as high as the straight telenovelas.
Other wannabes can't relate.

Iconic Live during Freen's Birthday. 🫨🫣
Translation:
"Clip from Aunt Da."
🗣️ ‘Wait… so they’re not just friends?’
👩🦳‘No, they’re dating.’
"Screamingggggg! It’s this obvious already — they can totally go public now!”
Blew behaved like that because she wanted to mark what she sees as hers. When Wayo admitted her no experience with deeper intimacy, she wasn’t actually concerned about that; instead, Blew felt jealous knowing Wayo had hugged and kissed other girls before her. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Freen has been operating almost like a one‑woman team at @Solenn_Ent, and it’s clear some staff need more training in PR and handling situations like this. I feel for her, but I believe these challenges will help her make better decisions for the company moving forward. Hugs!
I know some of you might not agree with me, and that’s completely fine. This is simply my personal observation as someone who genuinely cares about Freen and nothing else.
Right now, I understand why many fans, including some of our Korean Fanmily, are feeling upset. The main issue seems to be the insensitivity shown by certain members of Solenn’s team who are currently in Korea. They’ve been posting about their personal “vacation” or activities on social media while an important issue the event postponement is still a hot topic.
Yes, we understand that everyone has their own life and personal time. But sometimes, you need to be aware of the situation and sensitive to how your actions might affect others. Especially when the person you’re working with isn’t just any celebrity…she’s a globally recognized celebrity . Everything you do reflects on her, even when she has nothing to do with the situation. And we all know Freen is hurting too because the event was suspended.
Emotions are still high, and seeing posts about “vacation” or “work trips” during this time naturally feels off. Even a small gesture like acknowledging fan projects or showing appreciation to the fans in Korea since you’re already there would have gone a long way. It’s not about restricting anyone’s life; it’s about being mindful.
I also believe Freen is affected by this situation, but this might be the moment for Solenn’s team to seriously reflect on how they want to navigate the company moving forward. I’m not a business expert, but as a consumer and a fan, I think they need to focus on strengthening their structure, making better decisions, and learning how to handle situations like this with more care.
And most importantly: please do not blame Freen. Many things are beyond her control, and her company is still trying to find the right people and make the right choices. As fans, our role is to be constructive — to voice our concerns in ways that help her, not make things worse.
At the end of the day, everything I’m saying comes from a place of concern and love for Freen. I want her to be protected, supported, and surrounded by people who uplift her.
