i always start my day by eating something super light to atleast alert my body and try to get alteast 2 hours of weight training in. Weight training is better than cardio bcos it burns more calories throughout the day. I eat the most protein post workout 2
People who have achieved gaining muscle + ab definition, how did you do it? I want to go for a fit/toned look and have visible abs and muscle. Gonna start working out consistently
Also in a strange way, letting myself cheat sometimes? i have to realize to gain muscle and look more toned i have to eat maintenance atleast once every 10 days
