People often believe kindness means never being snappy, impatient, or grumpy. But kind people are human; they have bad days too. What sets kind people apart on their bad days is accountability, a willingness to apologise, and a commitment to self-reflection and growth.
This is my last hallelujah challenge about a lot of things I cannot put out here but there will be signs when my testimonies start dropping. Be there 💕✨

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is an hormonal imbalance with irregular periods as its main symptom. Less frequent (such as twice a year) or more frequent (such as bleeding one month straight). I have experienced both. I bled until I nearly died.
PCOS affects not just your reproductive system but other aspects of your life. It’s unfortunate that it is only treated for reproduction. Women with PCOS are more likely to be depressed.
Other symptoms are migraines, fatigue, brain fogs, weight gain or difficulty losing weight, acne, infertility, amnesia, skin tag, hirsutism (excessive hair growth) etc. The reason for these are our imbalanced hormones. For example, we have lower estrogen necessary for producing serotonin. Low levels of both lead to migraines. Also because our bodies are resistant to insulin, our blood sugar doesn’t balance well. This causes a high risk of diabetes, obesity, weight gain, belly fat and difficulty losing weight.
PCOS is a wholistic syndrome that attempts to cripple your whole life. Hence, try to get support system. If you know anyone with PCOS, provide them with necessary support. I’ll be posting tips this whole month and afterwards that can help💗
