This affordable housing development in the Black Country has scooped a national award.

Cookley Works, on the site of a former steel plant in Brierley Hill, was named Best Affordable Housing Development 2025 at the @IHDevelopment Awards in London.

We backed the scheme with £1m to support the delivery of 71 affordable homes.

The Platform Housing Group scheme, delivered the development in partnership with WMCA, @Lovell_UK and Homes England.
