@eBay so much for a 'money back guarantee' Apparently you allow scammers to run business under your "guarantee" only to side with said scammer when it counts. So sure put me in queue to speak to one of your supervisors so you can tell me you can't help me with my problem. ๐๐
@Ebay deleted my account because I exposed the loop hole in the ebay guarantee that allows scammers to get away with stealing people's money ๐๐๐ฟ
they are out of the guarantee and bam! You get money without having to actually sell anything. #loophole thank you @ebay for teaching me this useful info. ๐๐ฟ
MThey will still go through the process of reaching out to the seller for you. You can respond as a courtesy and make an agreement with the customer to send fake product. After that don't respond. @Ebay will then tell the customer it is nothing they can do because
After a while the customer will reach out to you, don't respond and if you do respond delay the messages until you're out of the 30 day window. then the customer will get @ebay involved but by then you should be out of their guarantee window.
hey want to know how to scam your @ebay customers out of money? Provide a fake product to a customer, when they purchase it you provide a fake tracking number. Any old numbers will do.

@AskeBay So with that being said, when I spoke to one of your agents last night he should have saw the date in which the seller said he would "mail" the package within the resolution ticket and he would have also saw that there was no correspondence or verification that the it was mailed
@AskeBay The first agent I spoke to never indicated that it was no guarantee I wouldn't get my money back or even the product. What I don't understand is how the seller was paid without me receiving my product. I thought your policy protected that from happening?
@AskeBay It was opened this month on the 10th of this month. You protect purchased within 30 days of the lastest estimated delivery date, do in this case the seller provided a false tracking number and no delivery date and in the case he replied and confirmed he never mailed the package.
@AskeBay It would have been understandable if I made the purchase and was negligent however it was made during a pandemic when all over your site you had delay In Shipping. So I didn't expect to have to fight against your policy during this time.
