@incolnlay @MidwestGolfJake What the body can do from 15-25 will not hold up at 25-35 no matter the amount of preventative work. Swinging all out at top speeds 110-125 swing speed at angles harmful to spine is not a recipe for longevity in golf. Too much torque and tension will lead all to injury.
