@MTPHereToHelp @CPMumbaiPolice post 7 pm bikes are being parked under the #mitchowki flyover where a designated U turn has been made. This is highly inconvenient coz people parking there are usually drunk. To add, there are groups of beggars who use this place to sleep. Pls help.

"अनिल अधिकारी" यांच्या मृत्यूची सखोल चौकशी झालीच पाहिजे
पोलिस प्रशासन आणि वसई येथील "अपना घर" या संस्थेचा गंभीर हलगर्जीपणा या प्रकरणात समोर आला आहे. अनिल अधिकारी ह�� ८३ वर्षीय ज्येष्ठ नागरिक होते. ते डिमेंशियाचे रुग्ण होते आणि कॅन्सरच्या शस्त्रक्रियेमुळे त्यांना व्यवस्थित बोलताही येत नव्हते.
१० मे रोजी ते घरातून निघून गेल्यानंतर त्यांच्या हरवल्याची तक्रार बांगूर नगर पोलीस ठाण्यात दाखल करण्यात आली होती. १३ मे रोजी ते गोरेगाव पश्चिम परिसरात आढळून आले असताना, संबंधित गोरेगाव पश्चिम पोलिस स्थानकातील पोलिस अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्यांच्याविरुद्ध अन्य पोलिस स्थानकात कोणती मिसिंग कंप्लेंट दाखल आहे का, याची पडताळणी न करता त्यांना वसई येथील "अपना घर" या शेल्टर होममध्ये पाठविले.
दरम्यान, त्यांची मुलगी शेफाली अधिकारी या कॅनडामध्ये वास्तव्यास असून वडिलांचा शोध घेण्यासाठी मुंबईत आल्या. त्यावेळी त्यांना अत्यंत धक्कादायक माहिती मिळाली. ज्या शेल्टर होममध्ये अनिल अधिकारी यांना ठेवण्यात आले होते, तेथे १६ मे रोजी त्यांचा मृत्यू झाल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. एवढेच नव्हे, तर त्याच दिवशी संध्याकाळी त्यांच्यावर अंत्यसंस्कारही ��रण्यात आल्याचे समोर आले.
सर्वात गंभीर बाब म्हणजे, शेल्टर होमकडून या मृत्यूची माहिती ना पोलिसांना देण्यात आली, ना कोणताही पोस्टमॉर्टेम करण्यात आला. त्यामुळे या संपूर्ण प्रकरणात गंभीर संशय निर्माण झाला असून नेमके काय घडले, याचे सत्य बाहेर येणे अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे.
या प्रकरणात ज्यांनी हलगर्जीपणा केला, त्या संबंधित पोलिस अधिकाऱ्यांवर कारवाई झाली पाहिजे. तसेच "अपना घर" शेल्टर होमच्या कार्यपद्धतीचीही सखोल चौकशी झाली पाहिजे. आज अधिकारी कुटुंब मानसिकदृष्ट्या पूर्णपणे उद्ध्वस्त झाले आहे. या परिस्थितीस जबाबदार कोण, याचे उत्तर मिळाले पाहिजे. वसई येथील एका अधिकाऱ्याने त्यांना हे अपना घर या संस्थेचा प्रोटोकॉल आहे असे बेफिकीर उत्तर दिले.
अनिल अधिकारी यांच्या मृत्यूमागील सत्य समोर यावे, दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई व्हावी आणि पीडित कुटुंबाला न्याय मिळावा, ही आमची ठाम मागणी आहे. मी स्वत�� मुंबई पोलीस आयुक्त देवेन भारती यांच्याशी बोललो असून सदर शेल्टर होम हे वसईस्थित असल्याने पोलिस महासंचालक सदानंद दाते यांनाही याबाबत माहिती दिली आहे. अपेक्षा आहे की याबाबत कार्यवाही केली जाईल. @DGPMaharashtra @CPMumbaiPolice

🔸Malad Police reunites missing son with his family.

During a rehabilitation drive, officers from @Malad_PS identified a 25-year-old man experiencing mental health challenges. Upon detailed inquiry, it was found that a missing person complaint regarding him had been registered at Tamsa Police Station, Nanded.

The police traced and contacted his father, conducted the necessary verification, and safely reunited the young man with his family.

@Malad_PS हद्दीत भिक्षेकरू पुनर्वसन कारवाई दरम्यान एक २५ वर्षीय भिक्षेकरी तरुण मनोरुग्ण असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले. सदर प्रकरणाची शहानिशा केल्यावर सदर भिक्षेकरू तरुण हरवला असल्याची तक्रार तामसा पोलीस ठाणे, नांदेड येथे नोंद असल्याचे समजले.

यावरून त्याच्या वडिलांशी संपर्क करून संपूर्ण चौकशी आणि खात्री करून सदर इसमास सुखरूप त्याच्या वडिलांच्या ताब्यात दिले.
