Many users experience the issue of their bank accounts not getting added. @rariohq, please communicate the root cause of this issue to the affected users and provide a remedy.
Because they aren’t getting satisfactory answers from Rario Support, they need to tag us to get their issue highlighted. Kindly provide timely responses and solutions to such users so that they can patiently wait or carry out what’s required.
While most users have their withdrawals, the issues of some users remain unaddressed.

@Bishnoisunil62 hasn’t received a withdrawal in his correct bank account for months now. He has sent several emails regarding it and has been assured multiple times. In a nutshell, his linked bank account and where @rariohq sent him money don’t match. Images ⬇️

@oyee_kamal updated his PAN card from Kamal to Kamal Gulati. His PAN card number remains the same and KYC is done. But he isn’t able to add his bank account. Give clarity to him on how it can be resolved. Images in the attached tweet ⬇️
Many other users are also facing KYC issues. Give clarity to all the genuine cases on how their issues can be resolved.

Rario withdrawals have started coming in. More than 1/3rd users have already received it including myself. Everyone who hasn’t yet, don’t be anxious, will look out for every single user.
