Animals lying on filthy sidewalks, surrounded by trash, needles, and METH pipes-completely helpless.
Their owners are high, negligent, and incapable of caring for them.
These animals don't have a choice. They're trapped in someone else's addiction, suffering in silence.
This isn't just neglect, it's abuse. It's cruelty happening in the open, every single day.
And somehow, Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass let this continue while the most innocent are left to suffer. (Tag Them)
